We are Nicole and Bauke, a German-Dutch host and hostess who made their dream come true: starting a new life in beautiful South Africa. Hartbeespoort, an idyllic destination at the foot of the majestic Magaliesberg Mountains, has become our new home and the place where we would love to welcome you to our cozy guesthouse. Here, we combine the charm of Europe with the warm hospitality of South Africa, creating a special place where you can relax, unwind, and create unforgettable memories.
After years of dreaming about a life in South Africa, we decided to take the plunge and move here to live and work. Nicole, originally from Germany, and Bauke, from the Netherlands, have poured our heart and soul into this adventure. And it feels like coming home in Hartbeespoort. The nature, the people, and the culture of this area immediately captivated us. The picturesque views of the lake, the mountains, and the many opportunities for adventure and relaxation make this the ideal place to run our guesthouse.
